About the position:
Do you want to step into a future-oriented industry and be part of the major transformation in the North? As the branch manager for Stena Recycling in Luleå, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a completely new facility – with the freedom to shape the team, work methods, and create long-term results. You will be a key person in our investment in northern Sweden and contribute to the transformation of the green industry.
This is a role for you who want to combine strategic responsibility with operational leadership and who enjoys building something from the ground up. You will have the chance to create a culture where innovation, safety, and sustainability are natural parts of everyday life.

Your role:
As a branch manager, you will lead a growing team and be responsible for creating efficient processes, driving business development, and building strong customer relationships. You will ensure that the operations are safe, comply with laws and permits, and that the work environment is inspiring. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and driving improvement work – with support from a strong organization and a network of colleagues.
Main responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a larger team
- Establish structures and routines for the new facility
- Lead the operations towards common goals
- Develop the business locally and build long-term customer relationships
- Ensure safety, permits, and legal requirements
- Drive improvement work and identify new business opportunities
Who do we think you are?
You have experience in leadership and business development, preferably from recycling, production, or a similar industry. You are communicative, results-oriented, and have the ability to build networks. You enjoy taking initiative, creating engagement, and developing both people and operations.
